Probably the best-known of the NES peepshow titles, Bubble Bath Babes actually has passable and unique gameplay that may have inspired Puzzle Bobble.

Though the main attraction here was the nudity, Bubble Bath Babes is actually one of the more challenging of the early Tetris variants as the awkward space-consuming bubble clusters can pile up quick. It takes as little as one or two mistakes to totally ruin a round with how much real estate a poorly-placed bubble bunch can eat up.
The funniest thing about the game isn’t the NES Titties, it’s that this actually predates Puzzle Bobble / Bust-a-Move by about three years. I can’t think of any other games that used this particular formula, so that whole lineage of Tetris clones might owe its existence to this stupid NES peepshow game (it is kinda like Puyo Puyo in reverse, but that also came out in 1991 so it’s hard to say this is a clone).
Anyway, the game gets right to the cheesecake with a nekkid lady luxuriating at the bottom of the playfield. But we are hunting full-screen game here. The object of each level is to collect letters and eventually spell out a word, which brings the next stripshow screenshot in the sequence.
There are two game modes, accompanied by two BGMs (neither particularly good but neither too bad either, I thought BGM A sounded a bit Sam & Max-ish) to select from freely. Game Mode A has the letters come out randomly as you play normally with an empty playfield to start. In Game Mode B, a single letter is buried under a layer of three or so bubbles at the start and you have to unearth it.
It’s already a fair challenge in the early going, but as the clothes come off the gameplay speeds up and it doesn’t take long to become extremely difficult. Good luck ever getting to the NES Nookie. This is like a variant of Puzzle Bobble you would create if you were trying to make a casino / predatory app version that intentionally screws people out of their money. A relatively short string of bad random draws can do you in through no real fault of your own.
