You get exactly what’s on the tin with Topless Titris, you play some Titris for awhile, eventually you get some Topless for your trouble.
Unfortunately, there only seems to be one set of girlie pics that just endlessly cycles. Nice looking lady, if you don’t mind the ol’ surgically enhanced whoppers, but it’s more like a short slideshow endlessly repeating in the background rather than the usual sort of nudie reward system for your skilled play.
Though it’s a basic Tetris knockoff it does have a couple of somewhat advanced options. You can choose from several special block types, which give you a particular power when they show up, and you can alter the sound/music balance to your liking (which you’ll probably want to take advantage of as the extremely repetitive music loops will drive you insane).
Very likely released in the early 00s, can’t track down an exact release date though.
