Tecmo occasionally dabbled in the flesh trades with its arcade output from the mid-80s to the early 90s, and this title saw them repurpose their earlier “Pinball Action” game after at least a couple of strip-off pinball titles had already popped up and apparently demonstrated some sort of market for them.
You choose from four tables (each with its own gal), which are all at least OKish but do vary considerably in design style and cheapness. Some are way more forgiving than others; Border and Monster seem to be the easiest ones, but Monster was the only one in which I had any luck making time with the animated lady. The rest seem to require an insane amount of time and work to even get the peepshow started.
A couple of the tables are kinda fun to play on their own merits, though all have their little cheap touches to carny the experience up. The ladies are kinda stiff and not particularly appealing.
