“Oh no, it’s a sequel to something!” Well, I found a walkthrough for the first Madame Fifi game, but not the actual game … this one, several sites have the actual game, but no walkthrough!
This is actually a solid (if extremely basic) little text adventure that seems light and not meant to take more than 30 to 60 minutes or so. Our character apparently had a romantic tryst with Madame Fifi at the conclusion of the previous outing (I’m picturing her basically being Miss Kitty in a French maid outfit), but your budding save-a-ho campaign has been nipped in the bud as she has been incarcerated for her entrepreneurial actions.
The game is more about mapping than anything else, as we must first find our way to ye local jail, learn bailing out Fifi is a matter of raising $100 (you start with $10), then go about town looking for ways to raise money. With a fairly small town to explore and a basic two-word parser, this is a pretty fast and straightforward matter, but there end up being some substantial hangups.
One is a thief who seems to have a very small random chance of appearing with any action. You seem to be protected if you have just your starting $10 (he’ll actually GIVE you another $10 out of pity), but beyond that he’ll steal $10 off you with each encounter. I didn’t get far in enough to see if that can create a no-win situation, but it seems like it can as some of the ways you get money are clear one-offs.
A much bigger problem is that the inventory system seems to be bugged. You want to be careful what you pick up, because eventually you “can’t carry any more.” However, if you start dropping stuff … you still can’t pick up new stuff, plus you can’t recover the stuff you just dropped!
So I’ll have to take on credit that there’s an erotic scene at some point with Madame Fifi, the hooker or some other womans unknown as I can’t tell if this can actually be finished. The puzzles seem very straightforward, basically find obvious object over here and bring it to obvious solution over there, but good luck with the iffy inventory system.

I made a crude map, though it’s probably not 100% complete:
