This is actually a pretty fun Dr. Mario knockoff with some unique twists, such as a rogue virus gradually scaling the playfield and eventually jumping into the mix to reshuffle the positions of all remaining virus blocks (though it can be stalled temporarily by clearing matches of its color). Also just has some cute graphics and a decent overall level of polish.
In terms of the adult content, you pick a gal at the outset (some of whom have frightening possessed demon eyes) and then do a series of unique levels for her, after each of which she is in an increasing state of undress. The art for this is just OK at best, but the game does seem to have an absolute ton of levels.
I would actually wholeheartedly recommend this one except that after about five or six levels, it was the first MAME game I’ver ever had crash and hard-lock my computer somehow. So proceed with caution.
