It’s pretty obvious at first glance what game Dr. Bobs is a knockoff of, but the twist here is that the good doctor specializes in breast enlargement through some sort of viral injection technique that doesn’t involve silicone or saline bags.
The game is not in any way bad, it plays an extremely solid game of Dr. Mario and has a few tracks of decent music to boot. I’m just left wondering who the target demo is here. I mean, I guess I don’t need to ask if there’s a “forced breast enlargement to insane proportions” fetish out there, there’s an everything fetish out there. But the game is completely non-nude (though the girl sprites are left open to editing in the game directory, and some enterprising horndogs have done so already). It’s a way to play free Dr. Mario on PC without ads, but there are a whole bunch of other ways to do that already (that are a lot safer for someone happening to see you, and have more game options to boot).
