The title isn’t grammatically perfect, but it does succinctly and accurately describe the action here: you customize a roster of girls, then you send them out to fight.
Why? Who knows, there’s no story. Everything starts with “Collection” mode, which is where you apparently play the low-level yakuza-looking mastermind behind all this. This mode is basically Dong Dong Stop Raping Girls, as you roam alleys and empty bars for victims to beat up. Win two out of three rounds against them in the tradition of Street Fighter, and you can take one of their accessories for your collection. Win or lose, you also earn money for your sleazy pursuits that can be put towards simply buying accessories of your choice at a store.
You can create a roster of like a dozen girls, but all there really is to do is put a hair type/color and the clothing/accessories you gather on them. They all share the same big titty body model, and you’re basically just limited to choosing from eight shades of skin color. They also share the same move set when you send them out to fight.
So most of the game time is going to be spent grinding “Collection” mode, which can be a real chore. First of all, the fighting action is very clunky. The game looks pretty nice, with solid character models and nicely detailed backgrounds. But while it looks reasonably modern, it plays like something from 1990s MS-DOS. Every new match is a completely randomly generated foe, with a randomized collection of accessories and a random skill level. If they’re at the Master or Ace level you’re probably getting trashed by their furious spamming of Chun Li special moves, and I don’t really know how to improve that situation as your guy is basically just a mook that Kazuma Kiryu would mow through and never really improves in any way.
H content is also pretty limited in this one. It does have full sexo, though only in the Collection mode. Your duder has special buttons devoted to ripping the girl’s clothes off and forcing her into various amorous activities, though he never seems to get any full satisfaction out of it (unless there’s some climax button that isn’t documented). Those little animation loops and the one nekkid girl model (which is animated decently but looks rather rubbery) is all you’re getting here.
All of this is a moot point in terms of purchasing decisions, however, as creator 7th Dream was threatened with a lawsuit many years ago over a different game (Pretty Warrior May Cry) and folded up their whole operation (I would guess due to using stolen assets in everything they were selling and/or getting banned from DLSite). So you’ll have to pirate it anyway if you want to check it out. I don’t really feel it’s worth the time though, it’s a core concept with some promise but in need of a lot more fleshing out than it gets here.
